Summary

According to the rulebook context on page 35, each character can bring a number of small items (type I) into a scenario equal to half their level (rounded up).

• For example:
  • Level 1 character: 1 small item (since 1/2 = 0.5, rounded up is 1)
  • Level 3 character: 2 small items (3/2 = 1.5, rounded up is 2)
  • Level 5 character: 3 small items (5/2 = 2.5, rounded up is 3)

This limit applies to the number of small items you can bring into a scenario, not the number you can own.
